  1. Who we are. THE COMPELLING SELF is operated by Ali Raza, trading as THE COMPELLING SELF, Pakistan ("we", "us"). Contact: thepresencemethod@gmail.com.
  2. Eligibility. Our products and content are for adults aged 18 or over.
  3. Purchases. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, tax and delivery. Gumroad's terms also apply to your purchase.
  4. License. Products are licensed, not sold, under the Personal-Use License above.
  5. Educational content. All content is general educational material. See the Educational Disclaimer. We make no guarantee of any dating, relationship, social, health or other outcome.
  6. Your conduct. You agree to use the content lawfully and respectfully. Our materials promote consent, honesty and safety; they must not be used to deceive, harass, pressure or harm anyone.
  7. AI tools. Our prompts may be used with third-party AI services that we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Don't enter sensitive personal data or other people's private information.
  8. Third-party links. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services.
  9. Intellectual property. All text, design, logos and graphics are owned by us or licensed to us.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms; the latest version will be posted here.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
