Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we don't generally offer refunds after purchase.

We will make it right if: - a file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing; or - the product is materially different from its description.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at thepresencemethod@gmail.com (or reply to your receipt). Include your order email; don't send personal photos. We'll replace the file, fix the issue, or refund you.

Duplicate purchases made by mistake will be refunded on request.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

: In the UK and EU, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content unless they expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing that right before download. Check whether Gumroad's checkout captures this consent for your buyers. If it doesn't, a no-refund stance may not be enforceable for UK/EU customers, and a simple "14-day no-questions refund" may be safer and better for trust. Australian Consumer Law and other regimes also guarantee remedies for faulty products.
