What we collect.

• Purchases: Gumroad processes payments and shares with us the information needed to deliver and support your order: typically your email, name (if provided), country, product purchased and price. We never receive your full card details.
• Support messages: whatever you choose to send us when you contact us.
• Marketing emails: only if you opt in (for example, via Gumroad's "follow" or a checkout tick box). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Website: if we run a website, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security.

What we don't collect. We never ask for or want intimate photos, dating-app passwords or sensitive personal information. Worksheets you complete stay on your own device; we never see them.

How we use data. To deliver products, provide support, process refunds, meet legal obligations and, with consent, send updates.

Legal bases (UK/EU). Contract (delivering your purchase), legitimate interests (support, fraud prevention), consent (marketing), legal obligation (tax records).

Sharing. With service providers that help us operate (Gumroad, email and hosting providers), and where the law requires. We don't sell personal data.

Retention. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact thepresencemethod@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

International transfers. Our providers may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

Children. Our products are for adults 18+; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
